We want you to love your Bloomly books. If you don't, we've got you covered.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee You have 30 days from delivery to return your order for a refund. As long as the book is in original, resaleable condition, we're happy to take it back. No complicated process.

What can be returned Books in original condition — unmarked, undamaged, with no writing or highlighting inside. The book must be in resaleable condition.

What cannot be returned

  • Books that have been written in, highlighted, marked, or visibly damaged by the customer
  • Items returned after 30 days from delivery
  • Gift cards (if and when offered)

How to start a return

  1. Email readbloomly@mail.com with your order number and the reason for return
  2. We'll reply within 24 hours with the return address and instructions
  3. Package the book(s) securely and ship them back using a tracked service
  4. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method

Return shipping Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we're unable to issue refunds for returns we don't receive. Original shipping costs (where applicable) are non-refundable.

Refund timing After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, refunds typically appear within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you'd like to exchange your book for a different bundle, email us at readbloomly@mail.com and we'll arrange it. The fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order separately.

Damaged or wrong items If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost. You won't need to return the original.
