Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at readbloomly@mail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Multi-Book Bundles

The 30-day guarantee applies to your full order, including multi-book bundles. If any part of your order arrives damaged or you're unhappy with your purchase, the entire order is covered.

Subscriptions

BLOOMLY does not offer subscriptions or auto-renewing orders. Every purchase is a one-time transaction, so there is nothing to cancel.

Late or Missing Refunds
