This Shipping Policy explains how and when your BLOOMLY order will reach you.
Processing Time
Orders are typically dispatched within 48 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Delivery Time
Once dispatched, standard delivery takes approximately 7–10 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed, as they can be affected by your location, customs processing, and carrier delays outside our control.
Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is automatically applied to every order, worldwide. Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an additional fee, where offered.
International Orders
We ship worldwide. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. Delivery times for international orders may be longer than domestic estimates.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow your package's progress. If you haven't received tracking information within 3 business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact us at readbloomly@mail.com.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us at readbloomly@mail.com as soon as possible — we can only make changes before the order has shipped.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at readbloomly@mail.com with your order number. We'll work with you to send a replacement or issue a refund in line with our Refund Policy.
