We want to get your order to you as quickly and reliably as possible. Here's what to expect.
Processing time:
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second email with tracking once it ships.
Shipping rates and delivery times:
Free standard shipping on all orders.
- United States: delivery in 7–10 business days
- Canada: delivery in 7–10 business days
- Australia, UK, EU: delivery in 7–10 business days
- Rest of world: delivery in 7–10 business days
All shipping times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, customs processing, or events outside our control.
Tracking your order:
You'll receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of placing your order, email us at readbloomly@mail.com and we'll look into it.
Customs and duties:
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by the destination country. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our shipping rates. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
Lost or damaged packages:
If your order arrives damaged, take a photo of the package and contents and email us within 7 days of delivery at readbloomly@mail.com. We'll send a replacement at no cost. If your tracking shows delivered but you haven't received the package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If it still hasn't turned up after 5 business days, contact us and we'll work with the carrier to investigate.
Incorrect addresses:
We ship to the address you provide at checkout. If you enter an incorrect address, contact us within 2 hours of placing the order and we'll do our best to update it before it ships. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the destination, and reshipping costs may apply.
