Welcome to Bloomly. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of readbloomly.com (the "Site") and any purchases made through it. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Site.
1. Who we are
The Site is operated by Bloomly ("we," "us," "our"). For all enquiries, contact us at readbloomly@mail.com.
2. Eligibility
By using the Site, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, or are using the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to be bound by these Terms.
3. Products and pricing
We make every effort to display our products and pricing accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of color or detail will be accurate, and we reserve the right to correct pricing or product information errors at any time, including after an order has been placed. If we discover a pricing error after you've ordered, we'll contact you with the option to confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout, which may be converted based on your location. Final charges may vary slightly due to currency conversion by your payment provider or bank. Prices do not include taxes or duties unless specified.
4. Orders and payment
By placing an order, you make an offer to purchase the products in your cart. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, errors in product or pricing information, or suspected fraud.
Payment is processed at the time of order via the payment methods displayed at checkout. We use secure third-party processors (Shopify Payments, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay) and do not store full payment card details.
5. Shipping and delivery
Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy. Title and risk of loss for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
6. Returns and refunds
Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and the underlying code — is owned by Bloomly or licensed to us, and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from the Site without our prior written consent.
The book "What Can I Say?" and its illustrations are the intellectual property of their respective authors, illustrators, and publishers. Bloomly is a retailer of this product.
8. User conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the Site for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
- Interfere with or disrupt the Site or servers
- Use any automated system (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the Site without our written permission
- Submit false or misleading information
9. Disclaimers
The Site and products are provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, about the operation of the Site, the accuracy of its content, or the suitability of products for any specific purpose, beyond those required by applicable consumer law.
The book "What Can I Say?" is an educational resource for children. It is not a substitute for professional psychological, medical, or counseling advice. If your child is experiencing a mental health concern, please consult a qualified professional.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bloomly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Site or our products. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Bloomly harmless from any claims, losses, or damages arising out of your breach of these Terms or your use of the Site in violation of applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent change. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia. Any dispute will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
